It is the policy of Penumbra Training to work with our customers with any anticipated or unanticipated issues that arise with scheduled training.


Class Cancellations and Refunds

It is the policy of Penumbra Training to work with our customers with any anticipated or unanticipated issues that arise with scheduled training.

Cancellations may be made at any time by the customer, with the following being our policy in regards to refunds:

• Any cancellations made more than two weeks out from the scheduled course date are accepted without penalty.

• Any cancellations made between two weeks out to one week out from the scheduled course date are accepted with a 90% refund. This is to say that 10% of the costs of all tickets are retained by Penumbra Training as a fee for cancellation.

• Any cancellations made within one week from the scheduled course date are accepted with an 80% refund. This is to say that 20% of the costs of all tickets are retained by Penumbra Training as a fee for cancellation.

• Subjects who are absent without prior notification made to Penumbra Training, at the sole discretion of Penumbra Training, may not quality for a refund or reimbursement. All factors relating to the absence will be taken into consideration when making this decision.

• Penumbra Training is not liable for any incurred costs of any cancellation outside of the reimbursement of tuition based on the above conditions.

All courses are subject to cancellation at any time by Penumbra Training. Any class cancelled by Penumbra Training will result in all costs being refunded to the customer, regardless of time frame.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling courses may be made in lieu of cancellation, whether cancelled by the customer or by Penumbra Training. In these cases, the customer’s spot(s) will be held (for a period lasting no more than one year) for a future course of the same type, with no refund being enacted. At any time the customer may exchange a rescheduled/credit spot for a refund, subject to the refund policy listed above. Any one purchased seat in a class may be rescheduled once, with additional rescheduling being at the sole discretion of Penumbra Training.

Video Evidence Recover Kit Replacements

In the event that any particular item within a video recovery kit is non-functional upon delivery, we will work with the buyer to replace those specific items. It is incumbent on the buyer to test all items within two weeks of delivery in order to determine if such issues exist. We generally require that faulty items be shipped back to Penumbra so replacements can be made.
